CONSUMER PRICING:LA Auto Gear sells to legitimate retailers purchasing for resale only. To purchase our products for your own use, please see our “where to buy” page or call us for a referral.
Wholesale Pricing is available to legitimate auto accessory or sports team retailers. Pricing is subject to change without notice. In the rare instance of a price change or misprint, we will notify you of any changes before proceeding with your order. All orders placed online will be processed the same or next business day and will ship within 1-2 business days. Due to the volatility of pricing, we do not accept orders with delayed ship dates.
Please fill out our inquiry form here. We require all new customers to fax or email (PDF) us a Business License. Accounts in California must also provide a valid Resale Certificate. We will contact you and provide a dealer login for online access to products and pricing (upon approval).
Most orders ship via UPS Ground. Larger orders will be shipped by Truck Freight if it is less expensive. Please notify us if you have an account with a specific or alternate carrier (UCL, etc.) you would like us to use.
Customers may will call orders at our Los Angeles warehouse. Please choose will call when ordering online and we will contact you when ready to be picked up (usually the same or next business day). Will call hours are 8am – 3pm M-F. Please confirm your order is ready before arriving.
We will be happy to provide you with a quotation for large volume orders.
Our minimum opening order is $250.00. Our minimum reorder is $100.00. You may mix or match any of our over 5000 items to reach minimum.
We do not require case quantities on any of our items.
Orders may be paid via credit card, debit card or wire transfer. We do not offer terms at this time.
Unless otherwise instructed, backorders will be held and we will contact you when available.
Shipping charges will not be calculated when ordering online. We will determine the best way to ship your order and contact you with the costs and options. All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA.
All returned items are assessed a handling charge of 15% and require an offset order of 3 for 1. All nondefective items must be in the original packaging. Overstock & discontinued items cannot be returned.
Please contact your salesperson for assistance with any returns and stock adjustments.
We do not collect sales tax as all customers in California must provide us with a valid Resale Certificate.
If you do not have a Resale Certificate, please obtain one from the Board of Equalization before applying for a dealer login.
PLACING AN ORDER:
While we prefer your order online, we also accept orders by fax or email. In order to eliminate confusion or misunderstandings, we do not accept phone orders.
We strive to ship the same or next business day. Orders placed before 9AM Pacific Time ship the same day the vast majority of time. Large orders shipping by truck may require an additional day.
